Our Treatment Philosophy
Danielle started Stay Mobile Physical Therapy LLC in 2021. She saw an increasing demand for personalized one-on-one care that is often missing in the traditional physical therapy clinic model. Our practice is built on a foundation of patient education and empowerment. We believe that understanding your condition is crucial to your recovery. Our approach typically achieves optimal results in 8-10 visits for most conditions (though post-operative cases may require additional care). This efficient treatment model focuses on:
- Individualized assessment and treatment planning
- Evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Custom exercise programs
- Practical lifestyle modifications
- Preventive care strategies
Beyond the Clinic
Danielle’s passion for movement extends beyond her professional life. As a resident of Solon, OH, where she lives with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs, she embodies the “movement is medicine” philosophy in her personal life. She has completed marathons, triathlons, and an Ironman. These personal accomplishments give her unique insight into the demands of athletic training and recovery. When not treating patients or training, she enjoys: running, yoga, and spending time with her family.
