INsurance

Our service model provides outpatient physical therapy services in your home or office. This is covered by most insurance companies under outpatient physical therapy benefits or your Part B benefits if you are covered by Medicare. You do not have to be home bound to receive care.

Additionally we offer services on a self pay cash based payment system. If you have out-of-network benefits/reimbursement through your insurance company we can provide you a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. You will need to check with your insurance company for your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement rates for those services.

We provide exceptional care for reasonable rates. Our cash based prices are upfront, transparent, and often less than a typical physical therapy clinic; the cost of which is the patient’s responsibility until their deductible is met. In the present insurance conditions with higher deductibles and bigger self-pay/co-pay portions you may already be more cash-based for your care than you realize.

Payment is due at time of service. We accept HSA, FSA, credit cards, check, and cash

No. Stay mobile Physical Therapy bills through your Medicare part B benefits or your outpatient physical therapy benefits and does not require a home bound status. Stay Mobile’s “house calls” are a service based on efficiency and convenience.

YES!!! We currently accept many insurance plans please contact us for additional information.

Additionally we provide services on a cash-based or out-of-network basis.

If you have out-of-network or choose to self pay for services we provide excellent care at reasonable rates. Payment is due at time of service and you will be provided with a detailed receipt or “superbill” to submit to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. We strive to be as transparent as possible when it comes to cost so you can make the best decisions in your care.

Yes! Physical therapy can be very effective without a bunch of fancy equipment. You do not need to have any equipment at your home or office.

We will bring a portable treatment table, light weights, resistance bands, balance pads, and other treatment equipment. We will not bring a bike or treadmill however if you have one we can incorporate these into your treatment.

Appointments are tailored to each individual. Generally the first appointment or initial evaluation is approx 45-60 minutes and each follow up visit is approx 45 minutes. Sessions are typically 1-2 times per week unless you have just had surgery in which case it will likely be 3 times per week to start.

Each appointment will be one-on-one with the same therapist and your treatment plan will be custom tailored to you. Each session will be slightly different as we aim to address your specific needs and limitations. This allows you to get back to feeling better faster.

No, Ohio has direct access to physical therapy. This means you can schedule an appointment and begin seeing a physical therapist without a referral. In most instances insurance coverage is the same with or without a referral. Certain insurance policies may have restrictions and there is a time limit on treatment duration that applies to care under direct access. This can be discussed on a case by case basis when your schedule an appointment.
